At any hour, wherever you go on your Princess ship, their chefs are busy baking, grilling and sautéing the ingredients of your next meal. Bread and pastries are baked fresh three times a day, and sauces are prepared by hand.

Dining options to match any mood

On tonight's menu? A signature Princess pasta – served with freshly-prepared sauces. Or perhaps grilled halibut, perfectly complimented by a chilled glass of chardonnay. Another night, it could be homemade Italian pizza by the pool. That's the beauty of dining on a Princess ship – there's always something to match whatever your mood might be.

Your choice of Anytime or Traditional Dining

A sumptuous variety of dining options awaits you on every voyage. Princess offers you the choice of Traditional Dining with fixed time and seating, or Anytime Dining with the flexibility to dine when and with whom you choose.

• Traditional Dining is the classic cruise experience, allowing you to dine at set times with the same table mates and wait staff each evening.
• Anytime Dining* offers more flexibility, giving you the freedom to dine with whom you choose, anytime between 5:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. in a selection of elegant, upscale restaurants.

Both options offer menus featuring creatively-prepared appetizers, entrees and desserts that change each day of your voyage - as well as several healthy Lotus Spa selections.

Variety is the spice of life, especially when it comes to dining. That's why Princess offers several specialty restaurants for you to choose from on every ship, perfect for special occasions.

Sabatini’s captures the heart of Italian cuisine in a truly authentic atmosphere, while The Crown Grill serves premium aged beef and fresh seafood items in a theater-style kitchen. All their specialty restaurants promise an experience you’re sure to remember.

The Piazza

Looking for something a bit more casual? Drop by the Piazza-style Atrium and visit the International Café for fresh-baked pastries, paninis, and gelato. Or grab a seat in the Vines Wine Bar for an intriguing selection of sushi, tapas and, of course, wine.

Other Casual Dining Options

Enjoy delicious entrées, salads, sides and desserts in the Horizon Court, or step out by the pool on deck and order a slice of hand-tossed Naples-style pizza, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, or perhaps bratwurst.

For an enchanted evening, dine alfresco style, with Ultimate Balcony Dining – a romantic, multi-course dinner, served on your balcony by a dedicated waitstaff. Or if you prefer, a refreshing breakfast option is also available.

Find your passion. Take a ScholarShip@Sea® class on cooking, ceramics, photography and more. Shop the Duty-Free Boutiques or log on to the Web with your wireless laptop. For something physical, take an exercise class at the gym, practice your putt on the green, or get a massage at the Lotus Spa®. It's all here, exclusively on Princess.

The Piazza

Select ships feature the inviting piazza-style grand atrium -- the stunning centerpiece of each ship. The majestic atrium spans several decks and features the International Café, Vines Bar, a spiral staircase and several glass-walled lifts that provide panoramic overviews of the ship.

There are endless ways to spend the day on a Princess cruise. Even if you never leave the ship during our days in port, you can always find something new to do onboard.

Princess Cruises Ultimate Ship Tour®

A Behind-the-Scenes Adventure

Princess passengers can get an exclusive glimpse at the behind-the-scenes action onboard a Princess ship with the Princess Cruises Ultimate Ship Tour® — a cruise industry first. The tour is offered once or twice per cruise on a sea day, and allows passengers to explore the engine control room, medical center, print shop, laundry, photo lab, bridge, and other areas typically seen only by the ship’s crew. The final stop of the tour is the ship’s command center, where passengers will meet the Captain, enjoy special refreshments and take in the dramatic views from the bridge’s wraparound windows. Participants will also receive a variety of themed mementos at many other stops along the route.

Available on all ships except for Pacific Princess and Ocean Princess.
